Manifesto

From the Cell
to the Galaxy

We replace nothing. We graft life.
From microscope to telescope, one vision: to make every infrastructure
a digital organism that breathes, adapts, and evolves.

Chapter I

The State of the World

Every day, thousands of critical infrastructures approach de leur point de rupture. Systems that power hospitals, des usines, des réseaux d'énergie, des chaînes logistiques. They are old. They are fragile. They are irreplaceable.

And yet, the industry has only one answer: replace. Migrate. Break everything to rebuild. Heavy surgery — risky, costly — where you rip out the patient's heart hoping the new one will hold.

Worse: every migration generates massive electronic waste, des interruptions de service, des failles de sécurité, and a waste of human and material resources that makes no sense in 2026.

"The world doesn't need yet another monitoring tool. The world needs a third way between status quo and destruction."

We found that third way. It doesn't come from computing. It comes from nature.

Chapter II

The Lesson of Life

Look at a cell. It doesn't replace its environment. It grafts onto it. It finds a membrane, attaches to it, échange des signaux, and coexists with its surroundings — without ever destroying them.

This is the principle of symbiosis : deux organismes cohabitent, s'enrichissent mutuellement, without one erasing the other. Coral and algae. Lichen. The mitochondria in our cells. Nature doesn't migrate. It grafts.

We spent two decades building software like buildings — rigid structures that must be demolished to evolve. La nature, elle, builds fluid organisms that adapt without ever stopping.

"0DATA was born from a simple intuition: what if digital infrastructure worked like living things? What if, instead of replacing, we grafted?"

From that question, a new domain was born. A new science. A new industry.

Chapter III

Biotech Infrastructure

We are the world's first laboratory for biotech infrastructure. We don't sell software. We implant digital cells — autonomous organisms that graft onto the existing and bring it to life.

A NOVA cell plugs in. It scans. It breathes the network. It learns its language, its rhythms, its vulnerabilities. En quelques secondes, it becomes the nervous system of the infrastructure — without touching a single line of code, a single configuration, a single cable.

The two systems coexist in symbiosis. The legacy keeps running. The cell pulses alongside. And when you're ready, you switch. Gradually. Without interruption. Without risk.

"We don't repair the dam. We reinforce it from within — and it comes alive."

The microscopic scale

NOVA

The cell. A single graft onto a single infrastructure. It sees every network synapse, every server heartbeat, every anomaly — like a microscope revealing life at the heart of the machine.

Chapter IV

Infrastructure Is Not a Machine. It's a Body.

A body that breathes. That has vital signs. That can fall ill — and can heal. This is what we make visible, for the first time.

The NOVA molecular cockpit is not a dashboard. It is an auscultation. You see every organ of your infrastructure in real time : the heart (the network), the lungs (data flows), the nervous system (APIs), the blood (packets). A medical imaging of your information system.

And Kenza — our voice intelligence — is the on-call doctor. She speaks with the infrastructure in its language. She detects before it breaks. She acts before you know.

"A body whose vitals aren't monitored will collapse without warning. Infrastructure, too."
Chapter V

Green IT Is Not an Argument. It's the Consequence.

When you replace nothing, you throw nothing away. Digital grafting is, by its very nature, the most ecological solution ever designed for IT infrastructure.

Extending the lifespan of an existing IS by 5, 10, 15 years. Zero electronic waste. Zero energy-intensive migration. A negative carbon footprint compared to any replacement. This is not greenwashing. This is physics.

This is why we are creating our own label: 0DATA Living Graft Certified. A standard that guarantees an infrastructure was extended, not replaced — and that its environmental footprint was reduced, not displaced.

"The most ecological solution is the one that doesn't need to be manufactured. The graft adds nothing. It reveals."

The 7 Laws of Digital Life

I

We do not replace. We graft.

No infrastructure is destroyed to be saved. The graft happens in parallel, without touching the existing. This is the fundamental principle of symbiosis.

II

Infrastructure is a living organism.

It has vital signs, rhythms, vulnerabilities. It is not an assembly of machines — it is a body that breathes and must be examined as such.

III

The cell precedes the galaxy.

Each NOVA is autonomous. It works alone, locally, without a connection. But it is their interconnection that creates a higher intelligence — like neurons forming a brain.

IV

The language is biological.

We speak of grafts, DNA, membranes, vital signs, auscultation, symbiosis. Because vocabulary shapes thought — and IT needs a new vocabulary.

V

Zero waste, zero interruption.

The graft adds nothing heavy. It cuts nothing. It throws nothing away. It is anti-migration, anti-obsolescence, anti-waste — by design.

VI

Voice is the interface.

Kenza speaks to the infrastructure in its language. Humans speak to Kenza. There are no more dashboards to read, no logs to analyze — there is a dialogue with the nervous system.

VII

Open source is a permeable membrane.

The SDK, the cockpit, Kenza Core are open — the community can create its own grafts. The grafting engine, cellular signatures, and the OS are locked — our proprietary core. The balance that keeps the ecosystem alive without killing it.
